The Comprehensive IEP Package

This package includes a comprehensive expert review of your child’s IEP. Prepare with confidence and walk into your IEP meeting with a clear plan. This plan is for families of children who have a current IEP.

Includes:

• Review of current records and documentation (IEP, behavior intervention plans, progress reports, diagnostic testing, educational evaluations, classroom data)

• Communication with the school team 

• Attendance at one IEP meeting (virtual or in-person)

• Review and feedback on draft IEP 

• 30 minute pre-meeting strategy session

• 30 minute post-meeting conference

• Emails and text messages 

The Initial Evaluation Package

This plan provides support for families seeking to begin the initial special education process to consider eligibility for an IEP. This plan is for families of children who do not have a current IEP.

Includes:

• Written request for evaluation

• Attendance at meeting to consider consent for special education evaluation

• Attendance at initial eligibility meeting and initial IEP meeting

• Review of evaluation results and relevant educational records

• Communication with the school team

• 30 minute pre-meeting strategy session

• 30 minute post-meeting conference

• Emails and text messages 

The By Your Side Concierge Package

This plan includes a comprehensive and individualized advocacy experience designed for families who want consistent, expert guidance every step of the way.

This concierge-level service provides ongoing partnership, ensuring your child’s educational program is continuously supported, monitored, and strategically guided. From day-to-day communication to critical decision points, you’ll have a trusted expert by your side—helping you navigate the system with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

Ideal for families managing complex needs or seeking proactive, hands-on support throughout the school year.

Includes:

• Unlimited email and text communication

• Ongoing communication with the school regarding progress and concerns

• In-person classroom observation, as needed

• Collaboration with teachers, therapists, and private therapeutic providers

• Development of customized educational and behavioral support materials

• In-home parent coaching and guidance

• Continuous review of IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, and school communication

• Strategic guidance on next steps, planning, and parent rights

• Drafting and review of school correspondence

• Preparation for all school-related meetings

• Attendance at up to two meetings per month (virtual or in-person)

• Real-time support during urgent or time-sensitive situations

• A personalized, evolving advocacy plan tailored to your child
